Fleet Farm Hours
The other dumb thing is there's a proposed Tommy's by Fleet Farm and then a Rocket on the east side of 192nd by HyVee. Are we really at that point already where these goofy car washes are building like Burger King vs. McDonald's (in the 80s-90s)? Seriously what's going to happen when people get tired of spending $30/month on a car wash ... The first lot, like you said, has fleet farm on it. Second, the lot just to the east of fleet farm isn't platted yet, but if it was going on any of the three, this would be my guess. The third lot is on the NE Corner of 180 & Maple and its "big lot" was before planning board last week and it showed an office user on it. Fleet Farm wrote:Hi, thanks for reaching out to Fleet Farm. The only stores we currently have planned will be opening in Rapid City, SD and Waukee, IA. The only stores we currently have planned will be opening in Rapid City, SD and Waukee, IA. West of I-680, there is plenty of right of way on both sides to add additional lanes to West Maple, which leads me to question why we need some big survey? Machine Shed, LLC has purchased a 1.93-acre site at 18252 Evans Street. That’s the southwest corner of 182nd & West Maple Road and in front of a planned Fleet Farm store. The Machine Shed’s slogan is “A restaurant honoring America’s Farmers.”
I got to give the devil their due. Â McDonald's realized about 5 years ago that they had to modernize to compete as much with Starbucks and Panera type restaurants as they did with BK and Wendy's. Â So they have been completely revamping their restaurants. Â As in tearing the old units down and building all new, from scratch. Â There is a night and day. With Menard's lumber yard in the back, there's a ton of space for them to convert the building to a fleet farm and figure out something else for the lumber yard area They prefer Chick-fil-A which I'm not a big fan. I think it's over-hyped for what it is. It would be weird to see a Raising Canes on the side by HyVee and a Chick-fil-A on the west side of 192nd. I swear one of the layout maps someone posted on here for the Fleet Farm development had a Chick-fil-A marked on a pad.
